How do I get started with planning my event?

The first step is to contact us and schedule a consultation. We will discuss your vision for your event and help you to develop a plan. We will also provide you with a quote for our services.

Do you offer full-service event planning?

Yes! From initial concept to final cleanup, we provide full-service planning, vendor sourcing, coordination, and on-the-day management.

Can I book you for just the event day?

Absolutely. We offer Day-of Coordination services for clients who have already planned their event but need help executing it seamlessly.

Can you help me develop a unique event concept or theme?

Yes, we specialize in event concept creation and theme design. Our team works with you to build a cohesive and memorable experience.

Do you provide custom packages?

Yes, all our packages are customizable based on your event size, location, needs, and budget.

How early should I book PrissyB for my event?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for larger events (weddings, conferences) and 4-6 weeks for smaller ones. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

Do you work with your own vendors or mine?

We have a trusted network of professional vendors but are happy to work with your preferred ones as well.

Do you offer catering or food services?

Yes! We offer event catering, personal bulk cooking, and menu planning through our kitchen partners or our in-house chefs.

How do I book your services?

Booking is simple. Contact us for a free consultation. Once you're happy with your package, we require a deposit to secure your date.

What’s your payment structure?

We offer flexible payment plans. A deposit is required upfront, and the remaining balance is paid in milestones or before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for partial refunds. Please see our full terms during booking.
